We get most orders out within 3 business days (unless it's a preorder or printed merch like t-shirts and mugs), and then the rest is kind of out of Outlaw hands.

In our experience...

In the continental United States...

Soap, Lotion, Solid Cologne, Body Wash, Beard Oil, Lip Balm, Deodorant, Candles, and Air Fresheners ship quickly with USPS and arrives within 3 - 5 days after you order them.

Spray Cologne has to go ground, so can take up to 2 weeks, depending on where you live. Because we have to ship spray cologne by DHL or UPS, we can't deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Merchandise like printed t-shirts, hats, mugs, dresses, bikinis (yes, bikinis!), and whatever other random stuff we decide to print (the sky's our oyster!) takes between 10 and 14 days (whatever it says under the "add to cart" button on the product page).

PRE-ORDERS: From time to time, we offer certain hot products as pre-orders so our most dedicated Outlaws can be sure to get 'em! If you order something with a pre-order, we'll hold the entire order until it's ready to ship. If you want to get some items faster, you'll need to place two orders.

In Alaska or Hawaii...

Add 3 - 5 days to anything we wrote above.

International...

Your order will ship from our workshop quite quickly (within 3 business days, usually!), and then it'll make its slow-yet-merry way across the miles... Keep in mind the globe is large. Like, REALLY large. And lots can happen between our part of the globe and your part of the globe, so please be patient. Tracking might be inconsistent (or non-existent) in some cases. It might be flat-out wrong or unavailable.

Please allow up to 8 weeks to get your shipment.

We don't like that any more than you do... trust us, if we could hand deliver it to you, we would!

We can't ship spray cologne internationally because it contains alcohol, which is flammable, and which counts as a dangerous good. The airlines aren't as into "living dangerously" as we are.
